How many days in advance should I book my appointment?
Please make a reservation 3 days to 2 weeks prior to your visit.
we recommend scheduling your appointment at least 3 days prior to your preferred visit date. Our booking system accommodates reservations up to 2 weeks in advance, but certain programs may require an extended lead time. For specific details, kindly refer to the reservation form associated with the program you intend to undergo.
How long does the examination typically take?
It will take approximately 1 to 3 hours.
The duration of your visit depends on the selected program or options. Most Health checkup programs typically last around 1 hour, while Ningen Dock (Comprehensive Health Checkup) require approximately 3 hours.
Is it possible to request a sedative for upper endoscopy?
Yes, you can request a sedative for the procedure.
Certainly, we provide sedatives at an additional cost of 4,400 JPY. However, please be aware that driving after sedation is unsafe. We strongly recommend using public transportation on the examination day.
Are the gynecologist and the technician for breast examinations female?
All our staff members are female.
Yes, our gynecological and breast examinations are conducted by a team of female doctors and staff.
Can I undergo exams while menstruating?
Yes, you can.
However, it’s important to note that the menstrual cycle may influence certain test results. If necessary, we can make date adjustments.
What precautions should be taken on the day of the examination?

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
We have an underground parking lot at Minaka Odawara. Additionally, you can park your car at Odawara Citizen Exchange Center UMECO. Parking service vouchers will be issued at our counter.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards and electronic money are also accepted.
We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments for your convenience.
How long does it take to receive my results?
We will ship in about one month.
Results for health checkups are typically sent out within 1-3 weeks, while Ningen Dock results are sent out around 1 month after the examination. If you have urgent requirements, please discuss them with us beforehand.
